Returns
Since we work with global suppliers and ship products internationally, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
Item Not Delivered
If your package does not arrive within 30 days from the shipping date, and the tracking status shows no delivery, you may request a refund.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Item
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please provide unpacking photos or videos with clarity within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Delay due to customs clearance
- Minor color or size variations
- Products without original packaging or used items
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on supplier policies.
Return Shipping
In most cases, the return shipping cost will not be covered by Shopany.in unless:
- The item received was incorrect or damaged.
